At Velouri Beauty, we ship worldwide with care and intention. Every order is thoughtfully prepared and dispatched within 1-3 business days from our globally curated network of partners, then delivered directly to your door.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can monitor your order at any time through your Velouri Beauty account or via the carrier's website.

If you don't receive your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us at support@velouribeauty.com

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties depending on your country's regulations. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are unable to predict or include these charges in our shipping costs. Velouri Beauty is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Velouri Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you fall in love with your Velouri Beauty products. However, if something isn't right, we're here to help. Our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and customer-friendly.

RETURN WINDOW

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original, unopened packaging with all seals intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare, hair care, body care, and beauty tools cannot be returned unless defective.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

1. Email us at hello@velouribeauty.shop within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and the reason for return.

2. Our customer care team will review your request within 2 business days.

3. If approved, we'll send you detailed return instructions, including the return address.

4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using a trackable mail service.

5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@velouribeauty.com with:

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage or defect
- A description of the issue

We will replace your item or issue a full refund — no questions asked. Shipping costs for damaged or defective items are fully covered by Velouri Beauty.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- If you haven't received a refund within 10 business days after our confirmation, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or shipping error on our end. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery.

Velouri Beauty is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

- Opened or used skincare, hair care, or body care products
- Beauty tools that have been used or unsealed
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
- Free promotional items

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at support@velouribeauty.com within 12 hours of placing it.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, you may request a return once you receive the order, following our standard return policy.
